Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (training provided)
- Follow safety protocols and maintain organized work zones
- Support excavation, demolition, and foundation work
- Transport materials via carts, wheelbarrows, or light machinery
- Complete daily equipment checks and basic maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with supervisors and crew members on project goals
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not required)
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- No prior construction experience necessary
