Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools and equipment under supervision (saws, drills, excavators)
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety standards and maintain clean work areas
- Read basic blueprints and project specifications
- Assist in concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations
- Perform daily equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Baltimore
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
