Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites daily.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and supplies from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools under the direct supervision of a supervisor.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
- Transport materials to and from the job site as needed.
- Perform minor tasks such as digging, sweeping, or clearing debris.
- Communicate effectively with team members and project managers.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – We provide full training for the right candidate.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Valid government-issued ID (required for employment in the US).
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
