Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision
- Clean and maintain job sites, debris removal, and waste management
- Read basic construction plans and follow verbal instructions
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Perform general physical labor in all weather conditions
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work early mornings and weekends as needed
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Basic math skills for measurement and material counts
- Pass background check and drug screening
