- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow detailed construction plans and supervisor instructions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment
- Participate in physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train from day one
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality and reliability
- Basic math skills for measuring and material counting
- Willingness to learn safety procedures and construction techniques
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Positive attitude and eagerness to grow in the trade
