- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Participate in both residential and commercial construction projects
- Complete daily equipment checks and basic maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – paid on-the-job training provided
- Must be 18+ years old and able to pass background check
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Sacramento area
