Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation and cleanup
- Load/unload construction materials and tools safely
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Support various construction tasks as assigned by project leads
- Participate in team-based construction activities
- Adapt to different job site conditions and schedules
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide on-the-job training
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality
- Willingness to learn safety procedures and follow instructions
- Basic math skills for material measurement
