- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and basic construction tasks
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision for cutting, measuring, and installing materials
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and ensuring safety compliance
- Follow detailed instructions from site supervisors to execute project plans accurately
- Participate in team-based activities to support project timelines and quality standards
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with consistent attendance
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings
