Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including material handling and site preparation
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal at construction sites
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Support concrete, framing, and finishing operations as needed
- Participate in daily team briefings and project planning
- Report equipment issues or site hazards immediately
Qualifications
