Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean work environments
- Support skilled tradespersons in construction tasks
- Perform basic demolition, excavation, and cleanup duties
- Read and interpret basic construction blueprints
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Complete daily progress reports and time tracking
Qualifications

- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
