Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand tools and light equipment under supervision (e.g., shovels, hammers, saws)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and waste materials
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Load and unload construction materials safely and efficiently
- Perform basic carpentry tasks such as measuring, cutting, and assembling structures
- Adhere to project timelines and communicate effectively with supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transportation
- Basic understanding of English for safety instructions and team communication
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid government-issued ID and authorization to work in the US
