Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely under supervision (training provided)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure safety and productivity
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Complete daily progress reports and communicate effectively with supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train motivated beginners
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory for all roles)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Basic math skills for measuring and material counting
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
