Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation and material handling
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety protocols
- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Perform physically demanding tasks like digging, lifting, and carrying
- Support demolition, excavation, and concrete pouring processes
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
