Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Perform manual labor including digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating basic tools
- Read and interpret simple instructions and blueprints under supervision
- Participate in team-based construction activities to meet project deadlines
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to supervisors
- Assist with site cleanup and waste management procedures
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train everyone!
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and occasional weekends
