Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks such as framing, drywalling, and painting.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and organize job sites efficiently.
- Perform basic cleanup duties to ensure a safe and professional work environment.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely under supervision.
- Transport heavy items within the job site as directed by supervisors.
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is required; we will teach you the basics.
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team.
