Responsibilities
- Assist project managers and foremen with daily site operations and layout tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment at the job site.
- Perform basic site cleanup, including removing debris and ensuring a safe work environment.
- Operate basic construction machinery and tools under supervision (e.g., forklifts, concrete mixers).
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
- Support the framing, drywalling, or general labor teams as directed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including lifting heavy objects.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team structure.
