Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and leveling ground.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Transport materials to and from various job sites within the Atlanta metro area.
- Perform basic carpentry tasks under the supervision of skilled tradesmen (measuring, cutting, drilling).
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and reading measurements.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to the job site.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not strictly required for entry-level positions.
