Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with basic tasks, including digging, cleaning, and preparing work areas.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow project instructions and safety protocols strictly at all times.
- Perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Assist in the setup and teardown of job sites daily.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior construction experience is required; we teach you the skills.
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for following safety instructions.
