Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in site preparation, including clearing, excavating, and leveling areas for construction projects.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual labor.
- Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) by performing general labor tasks as directed.
- Tool Operation: Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring safety compliance and debris removal.
- Measurement: Help with basic measurements, mixing materials, and following blueprints or verbal instructions.
Qualifications
- Willingness to Learn: No formal experience required; we value a strong work ethic and eagerness to train.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including lifting, bending, and standing.
- Team Player: Must be reliable, punctual, and work well within a team environment.
