Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport building materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, and masons) with daily operations.
- Operate basic power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform site cleanup, excavation, and preparation work.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials for assembly and installation.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- No prior construction experience is required; we value attitude over experience.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
