Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools to and from job sites efficiently.
- Perform general cleanup and site maintenance to ensure a safe and organized working environment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as directed.
- Operate basic construction equipment and machinery safely under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Measure and cut materials to specifications when instructed.
- Keep accurate daily logs and report any site issues to the Site Supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety standards.
