Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily project tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools efficiently.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools safely and correctly.
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and general maintenance.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company policies strictly.
- Measure and cut materials (wood, concrete, etc.) as directed by supervisors.
- Perform general labor duties to support project timelines.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the construction industry.
