- Material Handling: Load, unload, and distribute construction materials to designated areas efficiently.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision, including saws, drills, and levels.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
- Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople by performing manual labor tasks such as digging, hauling, and cleaning.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide comprehensive training for candidates eager to learn the trade.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform heavy physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong desire to work hard.
- Communication: Basic ability to follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors.
- Driver's License: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record preferred.
