Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and project execution.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment on-site.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Perform site preparation duties, including digging, sweeping, and cleaning work areas.
- Ensure all work areas comply with safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
- Transport materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Signal equipment operators to facilitate smooth operations.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or formal education required. A strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Physically fit and capable of performing heavy labor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long durations.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident eligible to work in the United States.
