Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and transportation of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Perform basic site preparation, cleanup, and waste removal to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
- Operate hand tools and power tools under the direct supervision of experienced crew members.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project goals are met efficiently.
- Handle physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials as required by the job site.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and ability to learn new tasks quickly.
