Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and distribution of construction materials to and from job sites.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform basic site preparation tasks, including excavation, leveling, and debris removal.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under the supervision of skilled tradesmen.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Help set up temporary structures, scaffolding, and barriers as needed.
- Perform daily equipment and tool inspections to ensure safety and functionality.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; we will train the right candidate.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking on uneven terrain.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
