Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and distribute them to the work site.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Perform digging, trenching, and basic demolition under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
- Transport materials between different work areas.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic understanding of safety regulations is a plus, but not required.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
