Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, hauling, and cleaning work sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools under supervision.
- Maintain a safe and organized work area, adhering to all OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from Site Superintendents.
- Perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols is a plus but not mandatory.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
