Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks and general site preparation.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Perform manual labor duties including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of hazards in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Communicate effectively with crew leads and other team members.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50+ lbs.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read simple instructions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team-oriented attitude.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not strictly required).
- Background check and drug screen required.
