Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment on job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks such as digging, hauling, and site preparation.
- Ensure the job site remains clean, organized, and safe for all workers.
- Operate basic construction machinery and tools, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and generators (training provided).
- Follow all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines to prevent accidents.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications.
- Perform manual labor duties, including lifting, carrying, and bending as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- No criminal record (standard background check required).
