Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in clearing and preparing construction sites, including digging, hauling, and debris removal.
- Material Handling: Transport tools, lumber, and supplies to and from the work area safely and efficiently.
- Trade Support: Provide direct assistance to skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and masons.
- Machinery Operation: Learn to operate basic construction equipment (forklifts, jackhammers, and skid steers) under supervision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Site Clean-Up: Maintain a clean and organized job site by sweeping, removing trash, and organizing tools.
- Blueprint Reading: Learn to read and interpret basic blueprints and diagrams.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We welcome applicants with zero experience who are eager to learn.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for long periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable mode of transportation and a valid driver's license.
