Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks such as framing, drywall, and finishing.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Follow all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company policies strictly.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting heavy objects, and moving materials.
- Communicate effectively with crew members and site supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
- Willingness to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating materials.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
