Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks and site preparation.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools efficiently.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by removing debris and waste.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies strictly.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting heavy objects, and carrying materials.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors and foremen.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
- Basic physical stamina and strength.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
