Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently and safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and setups.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under the direct supervision of a supervisor.
- Perform site preparation duties, including digging, leveling, and debris removal.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Perform general cleanup duties to ensure the project site is ready for the next phase.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Strong desire to learn the trade and grow within the company.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and shift work as needed.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
