Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials: Safely handle and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- Site preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and grading the ground.
- Operate basic tools: Use hand and power tools under supervision to help complete construction tasks.
- Maintain safety standards: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
- Clean and organize: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards at the end of each shift.
- Assist skilled trades: Provide support to carpenters, electricians, and other skilled professionals as needed.
Qualifications
