Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily project tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and equipment efficiently.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions from supervisors.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy items.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior construction experience required; we teach you everything you need to know.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols is a plus.
