Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily site operations and project tasks.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Operate power tools and basic heavy machinery under direct supervision.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal, sweeping, and waste disposal.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to ensure a safe workplace.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and layout drawings.
- Perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material estimation.
- Availability to work full-time hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
