Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials (wood, concrete, steel) on job sites efficiently.
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction areas by digging, leveling, and clearing debris.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic hand tools (hammers, saws) and power tools under direct supervision.
- Support Duties: Provide general assistance to skilled tradespeople, including carrying supplies and cleaning workstations.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physical labor for long shifts, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing/walking for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to and from job sites is mandatory.
- Documentation: Valid ID and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
