Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks and site preparation.
- Load, unload, and organize building materials and tools.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform basic measurements and assist with measurements.
- Transport debris and waste from the job site.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
