Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Load/un construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA guidelines
- Follow verbal instructions and adapt to changing project needs
- Participate in basic framing, concrete work, and demolition tasks
- Support team safety protocols and daily progress reports
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions and varying weather
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for daily start times (6 AM)
- Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Commitment to 40+ hours per week with overtime opportunities
