Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform heavy lifting and physical labor as required by the project.
- Prepare surfaces for painting, tiling, or other finishing work.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full training for all enthusiastic candidates.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid government-issued ID and Social Security Card.
- Basic ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
