Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various site tasks to ensure project milestones are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all site safety protocols.
- Load and unload construction materials from delivery trucks.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors.
- Support the crew with general cleanup and site preparation.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Willingness to wear steel-toed boots and required safety gear.
