Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various construction tasks including framing, drywalling, and basic site preparation.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and organize job sites efficiently to keep operations moving.
- Perform general cleanup duties to maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment at all times.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under the direct supervision of senior crew members.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure personal and team safety.
- Transport heavy materials across job sites using manual or motorized equipment.
- Communicate effectively with crew leads and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a basic background check and drug screen.
- Physically demanding work requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from senior crew members.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a standard tape measure.
