Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various construction tasks, including carpentry, painting, and general site preparation.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Clean and prepare job sites, ensuring a safe working environment for the team.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
- Perform physical labor, including digging, lifting, and moving materials.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to learn and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety is a plus but not required.
