Responsibilities
- Assist Tradespeople: Support carpenters, electricians, and general contractors with daily on-site tasks.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools to and from the job site.
- Site Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe environment.
- Measurements: Help with basic measurements and site preparation as directed by supervisors.
- Demolition: Assist in light demolition and removal of debris when needed.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction equipment (e.g., forklifts, jackhammers) under direct supervision.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for all candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work full-time hours.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license preferred but not mandatory.
