Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including framing, drywall hanging, and site preparation.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area by removing debris and organizing tools.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools under supervision.
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Steel-toed boots are mandatory.
