Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily construction tasks and site preparation.
- Load, unload, and organize materials and tools efficiently on job sites.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting forms for concrete.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under strict supervision.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform basic measurements and measurements verification as directed by the foreman.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat, rain, and humidity.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety is a plus but not required.
