Responsibilities
- Perform general site preparation, cleanup, and debris removal.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with basic tasks and operations.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations on-site.
- Operate basic machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
