Responsibilities
- Assist in various construction tasks including site preparation, cleaning, and material handling.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors and foremen.
- Support skilled trade professionals with specific project tasks as needed.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks on-site when required.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is required. We value attitude and work ethic over experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
