Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Support skilled trades with manual labor tasks
- Participate in night shift cleanup and security protocols
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid state ID or driver's license
- Willingness to work nights (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic physical stamina and endurance
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
